Our Process

We offer a selected range of services to fit your upcoming project. Creating bespoke design solutions that achieve tangible outcomes is incredibly exciting and one that we love being involved in. Below is an outline of the typical process involved in a signage project. These steps may vary from project to project but this provides a solid foundation as to what to expect.

01. Client Consultation

First, we understand our clients’ requirements, including the purpose of the signage, target audience, budget, and any specific design preferences. We then gather all relevant information about your business, including logos and style guides to brainstorm ideas based on this research.

02. Concept Development

We’ll generate inital design concepts, exploring different styles, layouts, typography, colours and imagery that align with our client’s brand and objectives. These concepts are fine tuned and presented in digital form for your feedback

03. Quotes & Payments

A quote will be generated based on the concept drawings. A deposit will need to be paid before the manufacturing process. The balance will be finalised upon the completion of the project.

04. Revision & Sign-off

Once you sign off on the final concept, we will prepare the project’s next stages, including the printing, production, manufacture, and installation process. You will be given the lead time and installation date so that the site is ready before you install.

05. Manufacture

We’ll coordinate with our in-house manufacturers and printers to produce the sign according to the finalised design specifications. Please understand that once manufacturing has begun, any changes or amendments may incur additional fees.

06. Installation

Our team will develop a detailed installation plan, including timelines, sequence of tasks, and safety protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
